Grapes
B.C. Brand grapes are sweet and juicy. Usually available from August until the end of October.
- Coronation variety resembles Concord grapes, but without the Concord’s seeds or tart skin. Coronations can be used for fresh eating and in any recipe that calls for berries, especially blueberries. Suitable for freezing.
- Table varieties can be used for fresh eating and are perfect for sauces and jams Add them to salads of all types—tossed, jellied, tuna, chicken—for an extra burst of goodness.
