Nectarines
Nectarines have a rich yellow background colour. Red "blush" may be present which indicates variety, not maturity. These ‘fuzzless peaches’ can be used in fresh salads and cook well in pastries, breads, sauces, and meat dishes.
Nectarines are usually available from July through August.
