If preferred, regular 1% milk can be used in place of the soymilk in this recipe. Makes 2 Servings
1 cup (250 ml) fresh B.C. blueberries
1 cup (250 ml) vanilla-flavored soy milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes
Starting with liquids, combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Serve in a summertime glass with a straw, garnished with 2 or 3 fresh blueberries.
