Cherry Lime Salsa

The perfect accompaniment to a simple grilled fish fillet or barbequed chicken breast.
Makes 3 cups

3 cups (750 ml) cherries, pits removed, chopped
1 kiwi fruit, chopped
1 orange, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup (80 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 small fresh lime
1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Voilá, it's ready! This makes enough salsa to serve at least 6-8 people. Cut the recipe in half should you desire a smaller quantity
