Peaches and Cream Smoothie

Enjoy this smoothie as a healthy snack or accompany with a toasted bagel to make it a complete breakfast.
Makes 2 Servings

1 cup (250 mL) fresh or frozen peach slices
1 pkg (300 grams) Peach Mango dessert-style tofu
1 cup (250 mL) 2% milk
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Using frozen peaches or additional ice cubes will make the smoothie thicker.
