- 1/2 cup (125 ml) flour
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) baking soda
- 1/3 cup (80ml), packed brown sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
- 3 to 4 cups, peeled and sliced thinly apples
- 1 cup (250 ml) French vanilla yogurt
56 g carbohydrates (49%)
7 g protein (6%)
20 g fat (42%)

In mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, sugar and oatmeal until well mixed.
Cut in 1/2 cup of butter.
Spread half of crumb mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 pan.
Cover with apples and top with the remaining crumb mixture.
Dot with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 40 minutes.
Serve warm topped with French Vanilla yogurt.
