Smoked Cheddar Spread
Mix the light cream cheese, smoked cheddar, blue chees, minced shallot or green onion, garlic powder and worcestershire in a bowl with a fork, or use the food processor.
For the Cherries
Wash, pit, and halve cherries. Toss with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Assemble thinly toasted ciabatta rounds, or a collection of whole grain crackers, fruit/nut crisps, etc.
Spread crostini with cheese spread and top with cherry halves.
