  • 2 cups Fresh BC Tree Fruits Peaches, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Directions


  • STEP 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare a 9x13 inch pan.

  • STEP 2

    In large bowl of electric mixer, cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs.

  • STEP 3

    In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  • STEP 4

    Add buttermilk and flour mixture, in 3 additions each, to the butter-sugar mix and blend well. Stir in peaches and white chocolate chips.

  • STEP 5

    Pour into prepared pan and bake for 60-75 minutes, or until fork inserted into centre comes out clean.
