Ingredients


  • 2 oz Cherry Muddle
  • 4 oz Ginger Ale
  • 4 oz Club Soda
  • 1 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir Vodka
  • 1 oz 360 Double Chocolate Vodka
  • Garnish Mint Leaves & Fresh Cherries

Note: Two cups of whole cherries will yield approximately one cup of muddled juice

Directions


  • STEP 1

    To make the Cherry Muddle:

    Stem 4 cups fresh BCTF Cherries. Using a potato masher, a ladle, or your hands,  muddle the juice of one lemon, 2 Tbsp white sugar (or honey), and the cherries.  Strain the resulting mash through a fine mesh strainer.

  • STEP 2

    Okanagan Cherry Bomb

    • 4 oz Ginger Ale
    • 1 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir Vodka
    • 2 oz Cherry Muddle
  • STEP 3

    Okanagan Chocolate Cherry Bomb:

    • 4oz Club Soda
    • 1 oz 360 Double Chocolate Vodka
    • 2 oz Cherry Muddle
    • Mint leaves, to garnish
  • STEP 4

    Serve over ice in a Collins glass - pairs well with our Skinny Chocolate Cherry Sheet Cake.
