  • 1 cup (250 ml) vanilla-flavoured soy milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
  • 1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes
