  • 2 cups, peeled and cored BC Tree Fruits Apples, any variety
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Milk (Almond or Dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
