Sweet muddled cherries make for a sensational summer cocktail surely to please on the patio.
Note: Two cups of whole cherries will yield approximately one cup of muddled juice

To make the Cherry Muddle:
Stem 4 cups fresh BCTF Cherries. Using a potato masher, a ladle, or your hands, muddle the juice of one lemon, 2 Tbsp white sugar (or honey), and the cherries. Strain the resulting mash through a fine mesh strainer.
